Personal Achievement

Teamwork

After completed my assessment, I found out that the teamwork is very important to achieve a tasks. It can help me to success the task easily and efficiently. Our teammates plays the personal respective roles in this assessment and contributed the task to find the information based on their roles. Hence, it can help us to save in our time and quickly to complete our task. this has called "TIME IS MONEY".

Wise Thinking

However, teamwork method also had disadvantages usage. We need to spend a lot of time to solve problem if a teammate is different opinions to others. Hence, we will try our best and quick time to solve the different opinion problem. We need have a wise thinking and avoid any argument in the group.

Therefore, I believe that I will through my teamwork to complete the task and avoid done by individually. This will improve my personal skills such as teamwork, solve problem and wise thinking to engage my future career under RICS professional competencies framework.

Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulation 2007

Through the lecture and seminar sessions, I understood that CDM Regulation is controlling site work which is health and safety responsibilities. As an example, clients, designers and contractors should make sure the working conditions are safety and health before the work starts. Hence, they also should proper planning and organisation to ensure the proposed work is not going to put others risk. This applies to avoid any incident, death and injury happen in the site.

Planning Safety and Health Life Cycle

From this regulation, it can help me to improve health and safety knowledge in the construction industry. Besides, it can let me to know who is the right people for the right time to manage the risk on the site. Moreover, I can concentrate on effective planning and management the risk  instead of the paperwork. Lastly, I gained my safety and health management knowledge and skills under RICS professional competencies framework.
